Water Main Replacement Starting in the area of Mercier Street to Woodland Lane, W. 90th Terrace to E. 100th Terrace

As part of critical improvements to Kansas City’s water and sewer infrastructure, a water main replacement project will soon begin in the area of Mercier Street to Wayne Avenue and West 72nd Street to East 87th Street.

Weather permitting, construction will begin in September and will conclude November 2018. More information, including specific streets where construction will occur, appears on the attached and can also be found here on the KC Water website.

Customers in your neighborhood whose streets are directly affected by this work are being invited to attend a public meeting to meet the project manager who will be overseeing the work, meet the contractors who will be performing the work, and to ask questions.
